    An order is considered accepted only when a confirmation email is sent. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
  7. Delivery
    Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
    The That Candle company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond its control.
    Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service via Returns Form. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless they have been received damaged.
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
    Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged.
  9. Damaged Goods
    If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify the company within 7 days of receipt through the online Returns Form. That Candle company will offer a replacement, or refund as appropriate.

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of That Candle Company or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
    No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Candle Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to purchase products on the website. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
